Welcome to Legends of Vigor (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO).

2. Data We Collect

We collect data to provide the gaming experience, ensure fair play, and manage accounts. This includes:

A. Information You Provide

Account Data: Email address, username, password (encrypted), and country.
User Content (UGC): Workout videos, profile avatars, aesthetic photos, and chat messages.
Communications: Emails sent to support.

B. Automated Data

Technical Data: IP address, device type, and login timestamps (required for security).
Gameplay Data: Scores, win/loss records, division ranking, and transaction history (Virtual Currency).

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following legal purposes:

To Run the Game (Contractual Necessity): Authenticating your login, saving your progress, and displaying the leaderboard.
Anti-Cheat & Verification (Legitimate Interest): Analyzing your uploaded videos to verify physical movements (e.g., counting pushups) and detecting video manipulation.
Community Features (Consent): Displaying your avatar, username, and "Aesthetic" photos to other users for voting and battles.
Internal Analytics: Analyzing aggregated gameplay data to improve game balance and fix bugs.

4. Video & Biometric Data

Important: When you upload a workout video or an aesthetic photo, you are sharing visual data that may identify you.

Public Display: "Battle" videos and "Aesthetic" entries are public. Other users can view them to vote. Do not upload content you wish to keep private.
Analysis: We use software and manual review to analyze body movement in videos strictly for the purpose of score verification (Anti-Cheat).

5. Third-Party Services (Processors)

We do not sell your data. However, we use trusted infrastructure providers to run the App. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with:

Supabase (USA/Global): Our backend provider. They store the database, manage authentication, and host user-uploaded media.
Twitch (Interactive): If you use the Live Battle feature via Twitch, your interactions are also governed by Twitch's Privacy Policy.

6. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure provider (Supabase) may store data on servers located outside the European Union (e.g., USA). We ensure that these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions to ensure a high level of data protection.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to Correction: You can update your profile information in the App settings.
Right to Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request that we delete your account and all associated data (including videos). Please email flowchat.proc@gmail.com.
Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for legitimate interests.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data, videos, and photos will be removed from our active database within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer (e.g., tax laws).

9. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
